The Nationals General Info
The 2013 Nationals will feature the Wing Car Tribute. We are celebrating the great heritage of the Dodge and Plymouth NASCAR special editions; The Dodge Charger 500, Charger Daytona, and Plymouth Superbird. These vehicles will be parked in the Mopar Pavilion, and at the reserved area next to the pavilion. Special cars will be picked from the pre-registered entries to be displayed in the center. All remaining tribute vehicles will be parked around the perimeter. Pre-registered participants with these vehicles will receive a unique dash plaque in their goody bag. You must send in a copy of vehicle registration and a photo when submitting your entry application. Also featured this year is the Rod Shop tribute, with some of the Dodges that wrote history at the race track. Gil Kirk and Jim Thompson, the owners of the Rod Shop, had gotten together with Chrysler in mid-1970 and worked out a deal to park their Chevys, and develop an all-Dodge team. They were very successful in a number of NHRA classes.

Manufacturer Midway/ General Swap Meet/Car Corral
Need a part? If you are looking for those hard-to-find parts, that proper date coded part, or that last piece to finish your restoration, the 33rd Annual Nationals is the place to go! With over 1,500 all-Mopar vendor spaces, your part is sure to be there! Vendors will be saving their good stuff to bring out to this event, as it is the largest all-Mopar swap meet and manufacturer midway in the world. It’s also one of the last big events of the year, so prices are set lower to broom out the merchandise before the winter sets in. Many companies use the Nats to debut their new restoration/reproduction items, and offer those bargain introductory discounts. You will find a huge variety of N.O.S., new, reproduction, and used parts, not to mention literature, memorabilia, collectibles, toys, and everything Mopar-related. It is unbelievable the number of unique parts that show up. If Mopar made it, it will be for sale at the Nats. Plan on spending a whole day just looking at all the parts. (While any part can be found at the Nats, most vendors cater to 1960 – to current year items).
