Keystone State resident Steve Menegon stepped up to the plate with his '89 Chrysler Lebaron GTC and wowed the V8-partial crowd with a whopping 317 hp at 5,000 rpm and 358 lbs-ft at 4,500 rpm (for comparison, that's more than a factory-rated '71 440 Road Runner).
