Mopar Power
- Engine: Koffel's Place Inc. in Walled Lake Michigan, built the 440 and increased it's displacement to 498 cubic inches. It has Diamond Pistons, Eagle Rods, and an Eagle 4340 forged 4.150-inch stroker crankshaft. Final compression calculates out to 10.0:1. The Crane hydraulic roller camshaft has .528-inch lift and 304-degrees duration. The rest of the valvetrain consists of 1.5 Crane roller rockers, springs, and Ferrera 2.14/1.81-inch valves. An Edelbrock aluminum Six Pack intake uses a Holley Six Pack carburetor setup and flows into ported 906 cast heads. The car was also converted to an electronic ignition. The 537 horsepower 622 lb/ft mill breathes through TTI polished ceramic-coated 17/8-inch headers into 2½-inch Flowmaster Super 44 mufflers.
- Transmission: The 727 was freshened up and uses a 3,400-stall 10¾-inch SMR torque converter.
- Differential: An 8¾-inch rear with an Auburn Sure Grip and 3.73 gears.
Sure Grip
- Suspension: The front suspension was treated to PST Polygraphite Bushings and 1.140-inch Torsion bars. A rebuilt steering column from SMS and a Firm Feel steering box replaced the old stuff. The shocks are replacements from Year One with the rear receiving heavy-duty leaf springs, too.
- Brakes: A Master Power front disc brake conversion was installed with stainless brake lines.
- Wheels and Tires: Stockton Magnum 500 wheels measuring 15x7 up front and 15x8 in the rear. The tires are BFG T/A Radials.
High Impact
- Paint and Body: Fredrick Motors in Canfield, Ohio, took care of the body repairs and paint. The extent of the damage wasn't known until they tore into the car. It received front frame rails from a donor car. It also needed new floors, trunk, and quarters. The paint is metallic Hemi Orange from a late-model Mopar, and closely resembles the original.
- Interior: Paul restored the entire interior with help from his brothers and friends. Just Dashes restored the dash and the other parts came from Year One. The headrests are from Not Just Headrests, Auto Instruments restored the gauge clusters, and Performance Car Graphics restored the heater controls.
