It started off as a 2003 Dodge Neon, and then I converted into an SRT-4. I originally bought my 2003 Dodge Neon brand new to have a reliable car to get to work and back. The car is daily driven, showed and raced, making it a functional car. I live in McMinnville, Oregon. Where there isn't much to do considering it is raining 90 percent of the time. I only wanted to do a few simple mods and be done with this build, but every true car guys know that's impossible to do. One thing led to another and I did all the work myself expect for painting, exhaust, and tinting the windows. I have been building the neon for 7 years.
