To make those long trips even more enjoyable, the truck was then shipped east to the Columbus, Ohio, suburb of Baltimore to spend some time in Trent's Trick Upholstery, where Trent Vanarfsdalen gutted the interior and started with a clean slate. The extended part of the cab was fitted with a pair of bucket seats to match those found up front, and the cab was divided down the middle with a custom-made center console. After the interior component fabrication was completed, everything was covered in hand-stitched creme leather with purple accents, including the door panels, headliner, and Billet Specialties steering wheel. The theme was continued in the bed, with acres of creme leather covering the hydraulic system housing, the bed sides, wheel tubs, and even the underside of the Apple Auto Glass-supplied tonneau cover. A substantial number of cows were used by Trent, ensuring that he and Martin won't be nominated for PETA's man of the year anytime soon.
The only mod to the Cummins Turbo Diesel (for now) is a custom-made air intake and K&N filter. It's still shifted by the stock five-speed trans, but Martin and MBRP built a wild, dual 4-inch stainless steel exhaust system that really wakes up the Cummins Turbo Diesel to the extent that 50-foot burnouts are no problem. However, black stripes on concrete are!
