No matter if you're planning a frame-off restoration, a daily-driver build, or something like HAMMER, Steve has this advice about what to start with. "You will save money, in the end, buying the best car that you can buy. You'll have a better-quality car, and you'll probably spend less. Starting with the nicest car possible will save you money, and give you a better-quality car in the end."
