On the top of the list of "Most Frequently Asked Questions" by Chrysler four-speed fans is: "What is the best lube to run in my A-833?" Well, Passon Performance has taken the guesswork out of it. They now offer their own brand of gear lube specifically formulated for the A-833. It is a non-synthetic lube that consists of a proprietary formulation that has been developed by Passon Performance. The lube is thinner than conventional 80 W 90 gear lube, which allows for easier shifting, especially in cooler climates. However, it still has excellent cushioning to protect the synchronizer hubs from galling. This lube can be used in transmissions equipped with '64 to mid-'70 style synchronizer rings and those equipped with mid '70 and up style synchronizer rings with or without bleed-off grooves.
