Let's say you have a '57 Belvedere that's been parked under downtown Tulsa for the last half-century or so. There aren't a lot of repro parts or parts cars available, so what do you do to get rust off the parts you have?
Try Amazing One's Rust Clean on that Forward Look-era steel, and other long-out-of-production metal parts. It's non-toxic, non-flammable, and biodegradable, and takes off rust without any part damage. That's because it uses a synthetic molecule that's "trained" to be attracted only to iron oxide (rust), which it takes off and holds in solution with the base part and other materials not adversely affected. Just submerge your rusty parts in Rust Clean for a half-hour, or as long as up to 24 hours (depending on how severe the rust is), then remove and rinse with water. A gallon of Rust Clean will take off about a pound of pure rust, while not harming materials such as rubber, glass, wood, plastics, or vinyl.
You can get Rust Clean in quart, gallon, and 5-gallon containers, as well as in 55-gallon drums for the really big jobs (such as certain long-term-parked Belvederes).
