The heater box can now be reinstalled. Before you put the box completely in place, reconnect the wires and control cables. Don't force the box; when it's properly aligned, it will go. If you force it, you could damage the heater core and have the same problem all over again. Hook up your heater hoses--and presto. View Related Article
