Lexan Sheet Metal Shaping

The Lexan can be hacksawed or ground to shape. First the surface was thoroughly sanded until opaque. Then we marked the center of the bend and measured the required length forward and back, marked it, and then ground to the mark on a bench grinder. The final edge was cleaned up with a file.
