5 The bolts holding the roll bar in place pass through the floor and then through a backing plate for extra reinforcement. All of the parts in the kit were clearly marked and installed just as the directions indicated. We did, however, need slightly longer bolts in two locations. We’re not sure if we used the incorrect hardware somewhere else or not as we didn’t want to take everything apart to find out. View Related Article
