The poly replacement utilizes the original outer shell of the stock bushing, meaning the interals need to be gutted. Cooking the outer shell with a torch is one way to release the bond of the rubber to the shell, but we just used brute force. A twist with a pipe wrench will rip the inner metal sleeve free.
