All 360s are externally balanced, requiring a corresponding torque converter with an eccentric weight as shown. This converter is a rebuilt high-stall lock-up to match the lock-up 727. It worked great, giving 2400 rpm of stall. The lock-up is really a big plus on a high-geared cruiser on the open road. View Related Article
