Rear Axle Swaps Hose Clamp

Before you scare the neighbors with your swearing, take a small hose clamp and tighten it around the parking-brake cable retainer. If you leave a bit of the retainer ahead of the clamp as you tighten it down, the retainer will push through. Loosen the clamp and presto. After it's out, pull the backing plate and disconnect the brake lines. View Related Article
