Once you have your pinion depth set, install the crush sleeve, the outer bearing, and the yoke. Torque everything down to manufacturer’s specification. We tightened it with a breaker bar, and then occasionally stopped and checked our setting with an inch pound, beam-style torque wrench to set the proper drag (preload on the bearing).
