I've Looked for info pertaining to valve lash setting on roller lifters in the Mopar Performance 'B-RB' Manual. It gives a four position engine rotation procedure for roller cams with less than 280 degrees duration @ .050, and an eight step for roller cams over 280 degrees @ .050... With the lash (or gap) at the rocker tip reduced to zero. Then the adjusting screw is turned down 1-1/2 to 2 turns. Tighten the lock nut and move on... Upon following this method and discussing the procedure with others. I was told the adjusting screw should have been turned down 1/2 to 3/4 turns. I think this article confirms what I was told.
