Once the bar is in place, install the shocks and new springs; then raise the rear axle into position, but not all the way up yet. You will need to be able to move the cradle around to start the bolts. When all the bolts are started, tighten them up.

Now it's time for a new set of sway bars.

Starting on the front, remove the heat shields that cover the subframe mounts.

You will now need to remove the subframe mounts. The sway bar should be hanging by its end links at this point. Retain all hardware and brackets for reinstallation.

Disconnect the end links and remove the factory sway bar.

Before you begin to install the Hotchkis sway bar, be sure to apply some grease to the bushings. This will eliminate a squeaking suspension.

Now install the Hotchkis sway bar in reverse order of the stock removal.

Replace the wheels and place the car on the floor. drive the car back and forth in your driveway, hitting the brakes fairly hard a few times to jar the suspension; then jack it up and recheck all the bolts. With the car on the ground, the change is dramatic.
